Prior to the event, you will have access to the event website using the “Login” button at the top of the page. Please use the email address with which you registered in order to log in. The website includes a personalized schedule of events (based on your registration), access to dial-in information, meeting materials, venue maps and more.

There is a room block for this event at the Mandarin Oriental, New York. A rooming list will be provided by Crow Holdings Capital to the hotel in advance of the event. You may indicate the need for hotel accommodations, including arrival and departure dates, on the registration form. Please submit your registration by September 15.

By selecting "Yes" to hotel accommodations on the registration form, you will be added to the CHC room block at the Mandarin Oriental hotel and no further action is required. If you will need hotel accommodations and did not indicate as such on the registration form, please edit your registration details by logging in to the event website and clicking “Edit Profile” or reach out to Ashley Newton as soon as possible.

Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00pm on arrival day and reserved until 12:00pm on departure day. Should you require a late checkout, please inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.

If you need to modify your registration details or can no longer attend the event, please click Login at the top right, enter your email address, and then click “Edit Profile”. This feature will be locked once registration is closed. Once registration is closed, you may still view your registration details by logging in to the Event Website and hovering over your name at the top right and then "Edit Profile". If you plan to attend the Advisory Committee meeting virtually, please log in to the event website on the day of the meeting and navigate to the “My Schedule” section. An option to join will be available for this event up to 5 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
